HRANIFIX PREMIUM - Colla a contatto Spray

Contact adhesive for a wide range of bonding various materials and surfaces. Thanks to the high dry matter content it ensures the high and reliable strength of the joint. It is easily applied by spraying.

Usage:

• bonding ABS edges,
• bonding wood, chip boards,
• bonding MDF and DTD,
• bonding polyurethane foam, fiber-glass,
• bonding laminates,
• bonding cardboard, most plastics,
• bonding aluminium sheets and most metals,
• bonding PVC flooring covers and other materials.

Characteristics:

Contact adhesive Hranifix Premium is characterized by a high dry matter content (38–42 %) and by a low level of solvents. That is why the material is ready to bond within a few minutes and you get an excellent strength of the bond. No more maintenance is necessary.

Hranifix Premium has no odour. It is water resistant and stable even in extremely high temperatures up to 130 °C.

The adhesive is colourless.

Application:

Hranifix Premium adhesive is applied by spraying, activated by pressure.

You shall prepare the surface to be clean, dry and free of dust before the application. After such a preparation you can apply the adhesive on both bonding surfaces. Application must be carried out at the temperature of 15–25 °C and at the distance of 15–25 cm from the surface of the material bonded.

The ideal joint is achieved by covering 80–100 % of the surface with a thin and uniform layer of adhesive. Do not apply too thick layer so that the adhesive is not spread around. While having the optimum coating, the adhesive creates a surface film similar to a spider net.

After applying the layer, allow the adhesive to ventilate for about 3 minutes (the adhesive is dry when being touched). After the solvent evaporates, you should put the surface together and strongly press it (or squeeze). Regarding porous materials, you can apply the second layer after venting. The layer increases the bond strength.

We recommend using the cleaning agent Hraniclean 01 to clean the unwanted adhesive remains.

Test all your materials before a regular usage.

With the kegs you need also 3.6 m of the Hranifix Hose and Hranifix Gun – the applying gun.

Packaging and storage:

Store only in original, firmly sealed packaging in dry, cool, and well-ventilated areas. Keep it away from direct sunlight or the temperatures above 50 °C. High temperature may cause an explosion. The floor of the storage must be waterproof and solvent resistant.

With the proper storage, the adhesive stays stable for 18 months.
