Descripción del producto

GENERALITIES:

H-Polymer MS WHITE is the flagship high-tack adhesive in the Hranipex portfolio. Built on advanced MS polymer technology, it delivers an extraordinary initial grab of 500 kg/m² — eliminating the need for clamps, braces, or mechanical fixation during assembly.

The adhesive cures via atmospheric humidity to form a permanently elastic bond with a final tensile strength of 2.2 MPa and 335 % elongation. Free from isocyanates, solvents, phthalates, and silicones, it is odourless, mirror-safe, and adheres reliably even to slightly damp substrates. Temperature resistance spans –40 °C to +90 °C after curing.

  • Extreme Immediate Tack: Initial grab of 500 kg/m² — bond heavy elements without support or fixation.
  • High Structural Strength: Final tensile strength of 2.2 MPa ensures long-term load-bearing capability.
  • No Clamping Required: "Hold and release" capability dramatically accelerates assembly workflows.
  • Permanent Elasticity: High-modulus formulation with 335 % elongation absorbs movement and vibration.
  • Safe Composition: Free from silicones, solvents, phthalates, and isocyanates; odourless and mirror-safe.
  • Paintable: Accepts suitable water-based dispersion paints after full cure (excluding alkyd resins).

USAGE / EXAMPLE OF USE:

Heavy Joinery Installation: Instant bonding of solid wooden stair treads, risers, and door frames directly to masonry or concrete — no drilling, no temporary bracing required.

Vertical Panel Mounting: Secure large-format wall panels, wainscoting, and heavy skirting boards where gravity would cause conventional adhesives to slip; the exceptional tack holds components in position immediately.

Structural Furniture Assembly: Bond stone or metal countertops to cabinet carcasses, secure heavy mirrors to wardrobe doors without risk of de-silvering, and join dissimilar materials with confidence.

Workshop Efficiency: Ideal for high-volume production environments where eliminating clamp time translates directly to increased throughput.

Construction & Exterior: Waterproof structural bonding of window sills, thresholds, and facade elements for both interior and exterior applications.

Metal & Vehicle Outfitting: Elastic metal-to-metal bonding in machinery, caravans, and commercial vehicles — absorbs vibration and dampens noise transmission.

APPLICATION / HANDLING:

The substrate must be clean, firm, and free of loose particles, dust, grease, and oil. H-Polymer MS White adheres effectively even to slightly damp surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Fit the supplied V-nozzle for optimal bead geometry.

Apply the adhesive using a quality caulking gun (the high viscosity requires good mechanical leverage) in vertical strips or dot patterns, proportionate to the weight and size of the component being bonded.

Press the materials together firmly with a slight sliding motion to ensure full wet-out of the contact surfaces.

Due to the exceptional initial tack, mechanical support is rarely necessary — simply verify the bond is secure before releasing.

Allow the joint to cure fully before applying external loads (2–3 mm depth cures per 24 hours at 23 °C and 55% relative humidity).

NOTE:

When using the special application nozzle supplied with the product, approximately 4 linear meters of bead can be dispensed from one 290 ml cartridge.

LIMITATIONS:

Not suitable for use on PE, PP, PC, PMMA, soft plastics, Teflon (PTFE), asphalt, or bituminous substrates. Not recommended for applications involving continuous water immersion or contact with chlorine.

CLEANING:

Uncured adhesive should be removed immediately using Hraniclean 01 or extra-strong cleaning wipes. Fully cured material can only be removed by mechanical means.

Hands should be washed with soap and water; a restorative hand cream is recommended after cleaning.

PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE USING:

Please consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before handling this product. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and curing. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Keep out of reach of children.

STORAGE:

Store in the original unopened packaging in a dry place.

Temperature range: +5 °C to +25 °C.

Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture.
