APPLICATION / HANDLING

Apply using an applicator with rollers, spatula or brush. The amount of glue must be smeared according to the type of material used (generally between 50 and 150 g/m2). The working pressure of the press depends on the materials used, and ranges from 0.8 to 2 kg/cm2.

It is desirable to prepare the gluing mixture in non-metal containers or in stainless steel containers.

WARNING

Check frequently that the glue still feels damp and sticky when pressing it. Wood like birch, rosewood, teak, fir-wood and brias in general may sometimes require a special formulation. The dluing mixture shoudl preferably be prepared in non-metallic vessels, or in stainless steel.

Before use in production, you must carry out your own tests and test all substrates before the gluing process.

PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE USE

Please consider the material safety data sheet of the product prior to handling.
